Available Classes/Sample Schedule:

  1. Abs (15 minutes, Beginner - Advanced) - Strengthen the core, front to back, side to side, and from top to bottom to strengthen your lower back, hips, glutes, and abs all in 15 minutes! In doing so, you'll have better posture, your risk of injury will decrease, and help tone your midsection in the process!
  2. Barre (60 minutes, Beginner - Advanced) - Barre is a total body, low-impact workout that is perfect for all fitness levels! In class, we combine moves from yoga, Pilates, and ballet to give you a one-of-a-kind workout!
  3. Cardio Fusion (45 minutes, Intermediate - Advanced) - Cardio Fusion is a guaranteed calorie torcher and heart thumper! Workouts include a wide range of exercises to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance - such as sprints, kettle-bell swings, running hills, agility drills, and circuits - all in a motivating, team environment. 
  4. Edge (45 minutes, Beginner - Advanced) - Edge is a combination of strength exercises, functional movements, core training, and cardio. Exercises can be easily modified to meet your needs, and the workouts are always programmed differently each day. 
  5. Fitness Basics (30 minutes, Beginner - Advanced) - This class will be useful to anyone who has little to no experience with exercise, or wishes to reignite healthier habits! Each month or every few weeks, we will have a different focus, ranging from core strength and balance, to becoming more familiar with using strength and cardio equipment.
  6. Group Core (30 minutes, Beginner - Advanced) - Group Core® trains you like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain, and give you ripped abs! Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel, and a platform - all to challenge you like never before. HARD CORE!
  7. Group Fight (60 minutes, Beginner - Advanced) - Group Fight is for anyone wanting a challenging, athletic, and motivating workout. It's explosive, electric, and thrilling. MMA moves drive a great cardio experience that also strengthens the entire body. It's a great way to add variety to your training and improve timing, precision, and focus. Plus, it's a great way to kick stress out of your life! No equipment is needed! The first 40-45 minutes is dedicated to keeping the heart rate up using fighting combinations, and the duration of the workout consists of a conditioning section to strengthen your body, followed by a cool-down. 
  8. Group Power (60 minutes, Beginner - Advanced) - Group Power® will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power® combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! POWER UP! During the first 45 minutes you'll focus on targeting specific muscle groups, and the remaining time will include core and flexibility training.
  9. Yoga (45 minutes, Beginner - Advanced) - Yoga class welcomes all fitness levels. You can help improve your balance, flexibility, strength, mental focus, and cardiovascular health. Continued practice may help reduce excess stress and unwanted anxiety! Options and challenges will be offered, so you can work at your desired level. Wear comfortable stretchy clothing that will move with you and breathe.
  10. Stretch (15 minutes, Beginner - Advanced) - Get up from your desk and wake up those tight muscles and joints! It's an easy, quick way to improve your flexibility and de-stress. You'll leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
